Chef Craig Smith will be preparing a Rabbit Ragout with heritage Silver Fox rabbits from Worcestershire Rabbitry. Craig is also serving Turducken using a "Bourbon Red" USA Ark of Taste Turkey, a "Cayuga" Ark of Taste Duck and a Plymouth Rock Chicken.
